The room was a good size and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was a bonus it's close to everything we wanted to do downtown so we were able to walk and didn't have to take a Uber.

Check in and check out were quick. Cleanliness was top-notch. Location was very good; close to restaurants and the airport. Shuttle bus to the airport was convenient.

We were way over in the guest rooms but it allowed us to have 2 rooms next to each other. I took the stairs and got locked out and had to go back down the elevator and walk outside and around to the front entrance. Not the best feeling, but otherwise we loved everything else about the hotel.

Overall a very positive experience. Only stayed 1 night, so i had no interaction with housekeeping or room service. My room was clean and quiet, no problems. Staff at the front desk was excellent at check in and check out.

The hotel was wonderful. our only problem was booking.com. We paid for two adjoining rooms, and when we arrived, there was only one room booked. Paper valley was wonderful and getting it straightened out but by then there were no adjoining rooms left. Paper valley went above and beyond to try to make this right. booking.com. What is our only complaint.

The staff is outstanding and friendly. The room was clean. The bathroom was nice, including the temperature of the shower.
